FLIGHT CANCELATION BY BATIK AIRLINE, REFUND TAKES FOREVER
Bought depart and return flight ticket from KCH to KK, end up cancel by batik air. Plus, its has been a week and I still haven't received my refund. I was informed that the refund takes forever(14 to 204 days) to process. OVERALL NOT A RECOMMENDED AND NOT A RELIABLE AIRLINE
