Urging to be professional
Second pair received in dismay... You do not have proper craftsmanship to make these shoes, yet you advertise they are made with skilled Italian artisanship. These are not even close to basic Italian work. Again the tassel flaps are to be aligned parallel with the beige space underneath, not cockeyed. Out of embarrassment, I cannot wear these shoes that are intended for semi formal occasions. Please send me return drop off instructions and refund my money. E. Chung
