I had great customer service dealing with my problem. Both Aprilrose Lumarda on the support team took the time to begin cleaning up my computer so it would run better. I also had Mohn who worked on the super antispyware activation and he completed the cleanup on my computer. I was very satisfied with the service from April and Mohn provided me.
