Growatt comes to my rescue and fixes a problem with one of my storage batteries.
I had been having an issue with one of my batteries. I e-mailed Growatt Customer Service UK last night. I received a response at 10 am this morning, was in contact with an engineer over WhatsApp to try to resolve the issue but we were unable to. Growatt engineer on WhatsApp said they would need to arrange for an engineer to visit. They asked where I lived and it so happened that the engineer was close and arrived within the next 40 minutes! The engineer has just left after working on my system for 3 hours and it’s now fixed. He also diagnosed an installer fault which has been causing me issues with my ShinePhone app and the ability to see the load. Wow, what amazing customer service. I had a really bumpy ride with the company that installed my kit - they ceased trading and disappeared. It is a massive relief to know that my system is in such good hands under the Growatt warranty! Customer service at its best. Thank you to the UK Growatt team and the engineer, Lingxuan, who attended. Very professional and hard working. Thank you!
