Customer Service is HORRIBLE
The quality of the wig was decent, but the color did not match the description. However, the customer support was extremely disappointing. After days of back-and-forth emails, during which I requested return or exchange information three times and provided pictures as requested, the company responded multiple times to the request but did not provide the requested information. First, they suggested I further bleach the wig to fit my skin color. Then, they stated that the return fee (at the buyer's expense) would be expensive and that I should reconsider. Finally, after continuing to ask for the return instructions, they cited their policy as the reason for refusing the return. Ultimately, I had to file a dispute. Proceed with caution when dealing with this company.
