I want to cancel my subscription
I want to cancel my subscription; however, it is impossible. Logging in on the browser and clicking on the "link to cancel" sends me back through the ordering process loop... It can only be cancelled on their downloaded app but, I cannot download the app - it does not exist in Microsoft app store. I cannot use Google app store because I do not have an account with Google. I downloaded it on my Ipad but the version is extremely limited and there is no option to cancel. I tried using WebCatalog app store but it was not listed in their app store either. I cannot even pause delivery. At this point I will need to pay my bank to decline any further charges from them in order to cancel the delivery. VERY UNETHICAL COMPANY.
