Ignores custom sizing and ghosts emails.
Spent weeks attempting to get clear sizing information from the company. Finally was assured the custom sizing (really only standard size S with additional length in sleeve) would be possible. Placed order. Item arrived with sleeve length _less_ than standard size S. Have been attempting to get some sort of resolution from them for weeks, however they now are ignoring emails. It is a pity, as the jacket is generally nice and if the sizing was as requested I'd have ordered more.
