I’m happy because, at first what I have received wasn’t very similar to my pet. But I contacted them and explained my concern, I ask them what could we do to fix it and they made me another piece but this time consulted me first if the 3D model was ok. I think what they do is beautiful, they just need more indications to make it more accurate. Very very great customer service in my case and my opinion. So thank you so much.
