I ordered a wig and was told I would receive it in 3-5 business days. Two days after ordering, I received an email saying my order had been cancelled and I would receive a refund that may take up 10 days to appear in my account. This was very disappointing to me, as I did not cancel my order. I was so looking forward to getting the wig due to me being a first time customer. I even paid the extra fee for worry free delivery. I am still shocked by the bad experience with this company.
