The web and talking to a specialist were misleading. the lead time to receive the transmission and the order was confirmed on the web and verbally was 14 days. it actually took 21 days. No one reach out to explain the delay. I had to call customer service to get an update. Charlie was very prompt and professional in his response and update on the status. I understand things happen that would increase the lead time. One improvement would be to send updates on the order status with a shipping update. The status when you log in doesn't actually provide an accurate status. All in all, I would recommend Reman Transmission.
