Next Day Delivery?
I ordered the DJI Mic Mini. So far I have not got the mic. I have heard a lot of good reviews from it, and I own a Pocket 3 and I absolutely love it. I have a last minute filming day tomorrow where I am required to shoot 30 short form video adverts for LinkedIn and a mini podcast. I ordered the Mic Mini 2 days before my filming day, with next day delivery so they could arrive today. It gives a day in hand to prep the mic and make sure they are integrated well into my equipment set ups. I am unable to do that now, and filming day will need to pushed back later in the day, with a lot compromises to ensure the rest of the day goes smoothly. And that's if it is able to happen as if the mics don't come in the morning, I will be unable to shoot tomorrow day. I relied on DJI to fulfil their service of next day delivery, and as a result of this incident it has left me and my company in a bit of a difficult situation.
