patient, considerate, expert service!
I called Cambridge credit today, hoping to get into a DMP, and found a wonderful customer experience! The counseling from Yassine was absolutely amazing! He was clear and concise. He explained everything thoroughly and answered my questions very thoughtfully. He expressed kindness and empathy to my reasons for needing this service. A true pleasure to work with. Fantastic service skills, very efficient! I knew when to expect paperwork and a call back. I wish I could leave a company review directly for the sake of recognition for the great experience I had today. Hoping this makes it's way up the chain!
