I purchased the paid version
I purchased the paid version, which the website's marketing claims has a 99 percent chance of recovering files from HDDs and SSDs. I used the software less than 30 minutes after formatting the card and couldn't recover a single video from the more than 200 takes I took that day. I then asked for a refund, but it wasn't accepted. It doesn't work, and the marketing is very misleading. Don't buy it, don't trust it. I used other free software like PHoto rec, and it recovered more than 30 4K video files.
