If I could give this a zero, I would. I purchased a dress for a wedding and when the dress arrived, it was extremely poor quality and didn't look anything like the picture advertised. Their website states that they "pride themselves on product quality... we also offer a comprehensive 14 day returns guarantee...for products in bad quality..." I emailed them right away to let them know I wanted to return the item and to please send a shipping label. After 6 days of back and forth, they are not keeping their promise of a free return and expect me to pay for shipping back to them. Their quality is trash as is their customer service. RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THEM!!
