Praise for Byrna and RACHEL
Please let me know if Rachel received this feedback message...I'm not that computer savvy...First of all , I am very pleased with the Byrna organization,it's product line and your customer service. I purchased the Byrna L.E.this past July and of course I had 43,000 Questions. I have spoken to customer service numerous times and all were helpful. No disrespect to others but I found Rachel to be THE BEST ! She was very patient, never in a hurry and answered all my MANY questions with concise clarity. She spoke with such clear confidence , it was apparent to me that she has had a lot of experience with your weaponry. HER confidence gave ME the confidence that I was getting appropriate and accurate advise. It is my contention that Rachel is a GREAT asset to your company. I fully expect that she would THRIVE in any position within your organization . Thank you all for this incredible invention. And THANK YOU RACHEL !! God Bless You All p.s.
