I paid for 1GB of data for 30 days in Russia. I was charged $20 for the physical sim card, $3.99 for postage, and $8.90 for the data. This card has no coverage in Russia. I was in St Petersburg for over 10 days and it never worked. I know it was installed properly because it worked in the US and in Turkey, but not Russia. I emailed and told them they had no coverage in Russia, but they didn't care. Fortunately, I didn't rely on this card. I had another one fail on the trip before. I bought a different phone with ESIM and used NOMAD and it worked perfectly. If you are going to Russia get a phone with ESIM. response-I don't know where you get your records, but all I can say is I was never able to access the internet with your sim card. You can make me sound like a liar, but I know I'm not. I'm trying to make other people aware of the issues with your card in Russia. I would never trust your company again.
