First time purchasing from Bella…
First time purchasing from Bella Barnett. 2 days later, still no update on their end regarding shipment status, the order showed as non-existent, so I reached out. I received a reply stating that the item I chose was out of stock, and offered 2 options: to wait until the item restocks, or to choose another and receive free shipping + 120% credit. They sent a link with dresses actually in stock right now, and there are only about 250 total, making it confusing to understand what's really available, because there are really thousands of dresses on the website.... Despite the very good reviews, it almost looks like a scam to say the least - paying for a dress that's not in stock, and still now, 12 hours later, by looking at their website, it is still available for purchase, because they haven't updated it! I wasn't even offered a refund. I am giving them 1 star, ONLY because Evelyn is checking with the warehouse to see if and when the dress will be back in stock. Hopefully I will receive a reply by tomorrow otherwise I will request a refund and purchase something from another more reliable online brand. Very disappointing.
