Jordan was extremely helpful on explaining to me how the samples worked and what to do for sending them back to be tested. I was eagerly awaiting a kit to be sent out as I hadn’t read through the procedure fully, but as soon as I looked for guidance Jordan had be sorted within minutes. Thanks again Jordan
