I recently visited 42Photo in New York and had the pleasure of being assisted by a salesman named Richard. From the moment I walked in, Richard was incredibly welcoming and hospitable-he patiently answered all my questions and explained everything clearly without overwhelming me with technical jargon. His ability to keep everything straightforward and simple while radiating deep knowledge of the astrophotography products made a huge difference.
