Scamming and Fraud of Alibaba Shipping Agent
I paid USD 350 for a shipment with Zhimei Express International Freight Forwarding, fully agreed for 750 kg, door-to-door (DDP). What went wrong: • The agent transferred my cargo to another agent without my consent. • I have lost all tracking of the goods. • Multiple agents are now demanding additional payments (USD 1060) with no explanation or cost breakdown. • My original payment of USD 350 has not been returned. This behavior is misleading, extorting, and violates Alibaba’s Trade Assurance policies. I urge Alibaba to take immediate action and protect buyers.
