***EDITED ONE WEEK AFTER, SEE BOTTOM*** Whatever you do, DO NOT buy a game account from this website. I searched around to find a Genshin Impact account that I wanted, and finally found one on ZeusX. The seller had a couple of reviews and they were both 5 star, and they were very responsive and answered all of my questions with screenshots and information on the account etc, and I ended up buying it for $174. It was an email takeover, which is pretty common for buying game accounts. Mihoyo is pretty strict about changing emails and usually won't let you for a long time. I took the email,changed EVERYTHING, password, removed any trusted devices, put my own backup email and phone number etc. Logged into the account and got to play for about a month. I only play on PS5. Now, this site has a TWO DAY period to report if there's a problem with the purchase. If after two days you haven't reported anything, it will automatically give the seller 5 stars and your order is finalized. This is an absolute scam when it comes to buying accounts and is not even remotely enough time to figure out if an account is safe enough to call yours. After almost a month and before the top ups reset, I spent $100 on primogems (in game currency) in preparation for characters I wanted in the new patch. Sure enough, just a couple of days after, I was met with the login screen on the account when I went to log in and play. The seller went through Hoyo and filled out the account recovery form, and took control of the account back. I can't login to the Hoyo account with the email I was given, because it was changed. The seller now has and will resell the account, and I've added another five star review to their seller profile. I'm out more than $300, $174 for the account and then the $130 I spent on it for the primogems, battle pass, and welkin moon. They left all my messages on read, and ZeusX remains unresponsive. I'm going to have to go through the trouble of trying to charge back the purchase as a scam purchase, because it is. Do not buy anything from this website. It is a cesspool of predatory sellers, if they have reviews it doesn't mean anything, because there is zero option to update the review after you've been scammed and there is almost no time to find out if you actually own the account you paid for. Also half the sellers are just trying to con you to contact them on discord and get you to pay for an account they don't even have. Find somewhere else to buy and make sure the platform you buy from has actual recourse for scams like this. ***8/20 EDIT*** Customer support finally reached out to me, as they stated in their response, and I provided them with proof that I was scammed. They said they would look into the matter. After 4+ days of waiting, I was met with a response that, in short said, "Upon checking, it looks like the seller has left our website and the money was already put into their bank account. Because you did not report anything in the first 48 hours, we are unable to assist you." Like oh really? The seller scammed and left your website and took the money? That's crazy news right? Of course they weren't going to help me. DO NOT BUY HERE. It is a marketplace of scammers using a scam service of a website, please save your money. 🙏
