This is my third time booking with Seek Sophie. It is reliable and hassle-free. The local guides/contacts are usually English-speaking and professional. For the latest Mt Batur hike, it would’ve been better if it was explicitly mentioned on the booking page that the hike does not go to the summit of Mt Batur.
