Return / exchange Shipping is Not Free, please don’t misinform on your website, I have our whole conversation with SAVA Bike Rep in my email if anyone want to reach out to confirm. Im a 42 year old Asian male, I think this is my first time write a negative review on anything/anyone. (I love supporting Asian businesses) (I still ended up buying the bike)
