It took a very long time for my order to come. I don’t like the plastic hooks. Metal ones will be more durable. To be honest, I won’t order again. They are lightweight which is nice

One percent each day
I’ve been with Dr Livinghood for well over a year. Learning to work on small steps to a new life style of eating healthy, taking supplements that have made me feel so much stronger and and having my weight stabilize with 10 minute workouts for beginners has made retirement life wonderful!
