Refund process a huge hassle
I ordered a swimsuit that was a little small. Should be no big deal to return as the website says you can do returns. It has been a tremendous hassle. They offered to exchange it in size if I pay them $14. Next offer- write us a positive review and we'll send you the new size with no charge. Next offer- exchange for $14, keep it and get an $8 refund, or pay for the return. I don't mind paying shipping on the return. I do mind the hassle to get to this step. I will never order from them again. It is a violation of Trustpilot to offer customers a benefit in exchange for leaving a review. Don't believe any of the positive reviews.
