Do not trust this company!! I ordered a dress and cancelled before the dress was shipped and JJ’s House will not uphold their return policy. Online it states that you have a 14 day window of return for a full refund; however, I was told I only can get 50% back for a dress that never left their warehouse. My credit card company is still fighting with them to get my refund for approximately a month.
