Overall solid e-commerce experience. I've ordered from them several times and I have always received the products ordered and most are good quality and match the description. There a few minor negatives. Sometimes the descriptions are a bit misleading or the sale price shown is for one of the secondary items in the list instead of the main item. Also, packaging could be improved. If you order multiple items they often arrived in multiple boxes taped together and by the time they get to the USA they get beat up pretty good. I have had boxes arrive torn open, but luckily nothing has been damaged or missing. The last minor thing is that the product review process is not great. If an order ships with multiple items, you can't write a review for just one item in that shipment. You have to submit reviews for all of the items at the same time (at least I haven't figured out how to submit for one product).
