I ordered more than 120 pieces
I ordered more than 120 pieces, and 17 of the vapes I received were not working. I contacted the company, but they told me that photos are not acceptable and that I must provide a video instead. Later, I placed a new order and paid through a separate bank transfer (outside the website). It has now been 7 days since I placed my order, and nothing has been verified. Every day they tell me, "Tomorrow we will check your order," but tomorrow never comes-only false promises. This company has truly become unreliable and unprofessional.
