I do not recommend GetResponse at all.
Unfortunately, my experience with GetResponse has been terrible. I switched from Systeme.io because I was told the email deliverability would be better, but since I started using GetResponse, it has been nothing but problems. The biggest issue — and a very serious one — is how they calculate monthly contacts. Any contact that enters your system counts toward your monthly limit, even if you delete them two minutes later. For example, if you are subscribed to a 10,000-contact plan, and you never exceed 10,000 active contacts at any time, you can still be charged for the next pricing tier. Why? Because they count the total number of contacts added during the month (including deleted ones), not just your active contacts. If the sum of deleted plus active contacts exceeds 10,000 within that month, you are automatically moved up and charged more. I have worked with ActiveCampaign, Systeme.io, Kartra, and Kajabi, and I have never encountered anything like this. This pricing model feels extremely unfair and misleading. In my opinion, this is unacceptable. I do not recommend GetResponse at all.
