Desmond was very prompt with responses and able to help with small fixes in a timely manner. We were able to get our product launched successfully on a platform that was adjusted to our unique needs. Just some minor hiccups with determining what can and can't be customized on the platform, but once we figured out the limit, we have been very happy with our product!
