What an amazing company to do business with. I have purchased several products (knee sleeves, calf sleeves and the gloves) and I trust the quality. The knee sleeves were ideal pre-knee replacement and the calf sleeves have proved invaluable post-surgery. When I ordered a set of foot sleeves for my son I miscalculated the size and they were unfortunately too small. In steps Jean. I’m only one week post-op so not feeling the best yet. Jean and I exchanged emails about the correct sizing and the exchange process. Beyond the business words of the transaction, Jean was so kind and thoughtful, asking how I was doing during my recovery and wanting their products to be just as helpful in my son’s case.
