I am a customer and seller on shopee. 1st as a seller i will says shopee has high commission charges compare to other platforms. 2nd their shipping charges are not consistent. For the same item same qty. I am charged 2.03 at time and 4.30 at time.. very little profit from selling in shopee.sg , so i will need to increase the selling price for item i sell in shopee.sg. As a customer, shopee is convenient but when there is refund or return of product, it a pain. I bought $150 of shopee.sg vouchers from shopback . When i received defective product bought using these vouchers, shopee do not refund me the voucher value. Only refunded the cash value. I realise it when i am refunded 0.99$ for an 1 $11 item so i reach out to customer service. They were helpful to help. But i have to chase after them every few days to remind them to return me my vouchers...this is wasting so much time. I dont understand how a big ecomm company has such lousy system.
