Unprofessional and dishonest broker
Unprofessional and dishonest broker. I dispatched a driver on a load that was confirmed at $950, but after pickup we found out the broker had a different contract showing only $800. This is a clear case of rate manipulation and deception. Because of this broker’s actions, the driver was put in a bad position after already committing to the load. This is not how ethical brokers operate. Dispatchers and carriers should double-check paperwork and be very careful before working with this company. I do not recommend doing business with this broker. (571) 267-1634 broker number
