RACIAL SLOWNESS?
I waited a half hour to get 1 thigh and 1 breast. Watched a number of drive thru customers and a couple of walk ins get served before me even though they were there after me; I happen to be the only white person in there. I finally said something to an employee who had just come on duty and showed some hustle, unlike every other employee on duty at the time. This nice lady had me out the door in a few minutes. Well KFC responded with a half ass apology. Couldn't even send me a coupon for my wasted half hour. Ridiculous, pathetic and cheap.
