$9 = 2,3 times received 1-star reviews from customers

After I submitted a 1-star review. At the same time, they blocked me from the public chat channel. My account now displays the following message: "Your trading strategy is not compatible with PipFarm performance standards. This challenge is not available to you." I am 101% certain that I am just a normal manual trader and have not violated any rules. My most recent trade involved averaging my entry price with 5 orders, and the total risk across all positions was below 2%. Their explanation was: " The message you received indicates that our algorithm has flagged your trading as not compatible with us. As a result, you are no longer eligible to purchase new challenges with us. Please note this does not affect your existing accounts; you may continue to trade them freely under the standard rules. We're unable to share further details on the specific criteria, as these form part of our internal risk and compliance framework. We appreciate your understanding. " To me, this effectively means they could also refuse to pay you if you submit a withdrawal request in the future. After receiving this message, I'm no longer interested in continuing to trade with my current account One day, without warning, they can simply block you. That is how this company treats its customers. I believe their "strategy evaluation system" is a complete joke, or they are simply proactively banning traders without providing any transparent explanation. ----------- Interestingly, I've purchased challenges from this company more than 10 times. The last time I bought a challenge for only $9, and they treated me so disrespectfully. They restrict your access to all services and only allow you to continue trading with your current account, which makes no sense. Finally, I would like to thank Pavel, who always tried to assist me, and I was informed that my $4.95 refund was accepted. I will resubmit this review if I don't receive the refund in the future.

I had a very disappointing experience.

I had a very disappointing experience. 1. Website system issue The issue is on their website. The website cookies are not synchronized with the discount code system. I purchased a challenge because of a technical issue on their website, but I was not refunded due to their policy. This was not my fault. For example, when you open the website and enter a discount code (valid for 3 days), the website shows that the discount code has been applied. One week later, when you open the website again, you still see the discount code saved and displayed there. Even though it has expired, the website's synchronized system incorrectly shows it as valid to customers. At first, I didn't care when the discount code would expire, I just saw it was accepted and bought it. 2. Max Risk rule on PWP If I had known that Max Risk on PWP is " Pip Protector ", I would not have purchased the challenge. 3. Inconsistent and missing information on the "Buy Challenge" option table. * For all account types except PWP, the funded-stage rules clearly show the "Pip Protector". * However, for PWP, the option table does not show "Max Risk". (This is not a problem since I can still find it on the separate PWP page.) The problem is that they do not show the funded-stage "Pip Protector" on the option table. Only after I purchased the challenge did I find out that "Max Risk" is actually the Pip Protector rule during the funded stage. For example, when you select ENDURANCE, you can clearly see that the funded stage includes a "50% (FUNDED) Consistency Score". 4. I think this company is more suitable for traders who use prop firm accounts to make some drinking money rather than for those looking for a long-term partnership. The rules are becoming increasingly confusing, especially with PWP. I don't understand what they are thinking, and it seems like they are only making things more complicated. Instead of dealing with something as complicated as PWP, traders could simply choose a phase with a 4% max loss and an 8% profit target at another prop firm.

Pipfarm Manipulates Spreads and Stop-Losses During Rollover

Pipfarm shows clear signs of market manipulation through bid–ask pricing. I have experienced this twice, most notably when holding positions through the Rollover period: price action on the chart repeatedly hunted stop-loss levels. The broker actively widened spreads to trigger stop losses and forcibly liquidate positions. This is an extremely poor and non-transparent experience, making this broker unsuitable for long-term trading.
