With Dr. James Valinoti Absolutely incredible first visit. He was patient, inquisitive, made me feel welcome, had an ability to transcend typical video barriers to make me feel like I was in his office. I felt supported and like I had someone on the other end of the phone who truly 'got' me, which is unlike any other first psychiatry appointment I can remember. Instead of feeling anxious, I felt taken care of and even laughed a lot. He is a rare gem that I feel very lucky to have found.
