The Parts People=quality service
I’m going to single out a business because of their commitment to quality service. If you have a Dell laptop that needs service there is only 1 place that I would recommend. The company is called the Parts People. They do 1 and only 1 thing: repair Dell laptops. (However, I did buy a part for a Dell desktop from them a number of years ago.) In 28 years of dealing with computers I have had to send in a laptop 4 times. Here is a summary: Best Buy—for Dell--repair unacceptable, machine not put together properly (about 22 years ago) Sony—for Sony Vaio-- repair unacceptable, machine not put together properly (about 14 years ago) The Parts People—for Dell—repair perfect (about 15 years ago) The Parts People—for Dell—repair perfect (now) BTW, it feels as if I have a brand new machine! I hope this helps someone because a lot of people own Dell laptops. They do not do repairs on laptops from other manufacturers.
