Overcrowded, Dirty, and Frustrating
I am extremely disappointed with the current state of this gym. The level of overcrowding has become unacceptable. At almost any time of day, the gym is packed, with long queues for basic equipment. It is nearly impossible to complete a proper workout without waiting several minutes between exercises. In addition, the gym is consistently dirty. Poorly cleaned equipment, dirty floors, and neglected maintenance make the environment even more unpleasant and unsafe for members. Paying full membership fees and not being able to use the equipment properly in a clean and organized space is simply unacceptable. The experience no longer matches the standard that was once offered. What used to be an enjoyable and efficient place to train has become frustrating, exhausting, and poorly maintained. It is truly disappointing to see the quality decline like this after being a satisfied member for many years. P.S : The customer service never acknowledges or responds to complaints.
