worst possible experience and expensive
I wanted to look at this service by choosing their cheapest option. They then added extra items at a price and had not stated that the cheapest option (7 days trial for a cosy of €7) became a subscription of much more directly. I wrote cancelling immediately and they told me to cancel through the app which requires medical information i was unwilling to give. I contacted their help desk and they got back to me a week and half later asking for more medical details before agreeing to cancel! They made the whole process difficult and, by delaying response, ensured I had passed their cancellation time.
