In my own error during ordering I accidentally had the wrong city and state on my order. I emailed Sunber Customer service department immediately after I noticed the error. I was thinking oh no my order is not going to get fixed. But Jessica responded with the quickness stating she would get the address updated and send tracking information. The next day I received tracking with my address corrected. Thank you Jessica for your professionalism and quick service.
