“like new” battery
The “like new” I bought arrived with the lid not attached to body. Wattcycle offered me the opportunity to return the battery or keep and fix myself with a significant discount refund off the purchase price. I accepted the discount and kept the battery. I received the refund within three days which I consider exceptional. I reattached the lid using a method as recommended by other owners. I am happy with my experience with Wattcycle and especially with the assistance I received from Coco! She is knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to work with.
