Redemption Time
I am still waiting on a redemption. Its been 4 days going on 5 now. Its weird because I have redeemed with them before which didnt take nearly this long. The live support they have is a bot. I am displeased with how long this is taking. Its ironic how theyre so quick to take your money but its a different story when it comes to paying out the player.
