Terrible operator i ever encounter. Rude customers services, unorofessional techinician. I wasted for more than $500 just to get no service, what a nightmare. Will never ever use this stupid operator ever again

I dont even want to put any star at all for the lousy service they orovided. Customer service name Cherry and JR such rude human being. I really hate using SIMBA, never ever had such bad experiences with other provider before
