Did not receive the promotional item.
I recently ordered the ATK Blazing Sky X1 V2 Air. I only decided to buy it directly from their website because of a promotion offering a free arm sleeve with the purchase of the new AIR model. I made sure to click "claim offer" before proceeding to checkout. Upon receiving my package, only the mouse was inside—no arm sleeve in sight. Making fake offers just to push customers into buying new products without actually sending the promised items is standard scamming behavior. Very disappointed.
