Elaine and her team went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and sent me detailed photos of the bag to ensure I knew exactly what I was buying. When my bag arrived it was even more beautiful in person and wrapped perfectly. I highly recommend Loveholic and I will definitely shop with them again.
