The Peninsula Manila Decaying Back of House Culture
The Peninsula Manila charged me a hotel room that was previously voided in error. The front desk promised a refund for four times. It has been two and a half months now and have only received empty and false promises. Their hotel service staff is excellent. Rooms are average and dated. But back of the house finance is deplorable. They would rather get your money and make you wait.
