SLOW, just so SLOW
The interview process is incredibly slow and devoid of personality and charisma. Furthermore you can feed the AI an incredible amount of nonsensical gibberish and it will still response. The replies from the AI itself is delayed and can take up to 2mins+ to "assess your submitted conversation, between each question. Also worth noting they do not pay their interns and employees, they use them to train their AI on a "commission basis" much like a pyramid scheme. Yet another exploitative "CEO" wannabe.
