Unabel to cancel my subscription
I am trying to cancel the service for couple of weeks and instead of cancellation, I am charged more money every time I login in to the account. I already asked for a human assistant because their chat bot is not helpful at all. Their advises for how to cancel my subscription don´t work. I lost a lot of money and it is a nightmare so far. So please, do not sign for this app. I am now trying to solve this problem through my bank but it is so frustrating.
