What can I say, Your personal information is not protected here. NOT ONLY did they cancel my account without proper verification they gave out information on the individual that was impersonating myself. So either way, if you are in the wrong or in the right and someone is phishing for information your PPI is not safe here. They should be fined out the ass and then fined some more for improper training- After all the experience I was sharing the agent ended with a smiley face... What douchebags....
