Very poor service and support
I ordered in April for my child’s wedding event. The package was marked delivered on May 5, 2025, but I never received it. The proof of delivery photo was not my address, and no notice was left. I contacted the carrier many times and even filed a police report. JJ’s House refused to help, saying the “inquiry deadline” had passed, and ignored my request to escalate. Very disappointed with their service.
